Headed by Rosanne Bonnici, the firm's Tax Partner who has been practising tax law since 1993, the firm's fully fledged Tax Department advises a predominantly international clientele extensively on the full spectrum of tax issues, including in relation to M&As, domestic and international taxation, tax efficient cross-border structures with a focus on inbound investment, restructuring projects, headquarter and business operations in Malta, as well as personal tax matters. With more than 24 years of experience in the field, Rosanne Bonnici is the head of tax at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. Bonnici has impressive expertise in financial services, group restructuring and cross-border structuring, among other areas. She is also a founding member of the Malta Institute of Tax, of which she was the deputy president.
Fenech & Fenech advises clients on all areas of direct and indirect tax, including personal tax, estate planning, M&A deals and a variety of other transactions. The tax practice liaises with the Maltese tax authorities and advises the government on fiscal legislation.
