Its portfolio includes international brands such as The North Face, Gap, Banana Republic, Marmot, DC Shoes, Brooks Brothers. Komax also operates its own brands and has developed multi-brand concepts that are leaders in their respective markets. It is important to mention that this acquisition will be subject to closing conditions common to these types of transactions, including obtaining governmental approvals. In addition, no significant changes in the company's leverage levels are expected.
