Hanne Skaarberg Holen

Hanne has extensive experience in handling tax, company law and liability issues with a solution-oriented approach. She has successfully litigated comprehensive and high-profile dispute cases at all national court instances as well as the EFTA court. She has lead the bar association’s tax law committee for several years and co-authored works on Norwegian international tax law and tax procedure commentaries.
