providing uninterrupted support to clients under various challenging situations in the market.
Loi recently led the team
and provided tax advice on
the restructuring of a client in Myanmar. The work included reviewing
options for
the restructuring of the client’s
factory and
advising on the options to
optimise
related costs and cash-out from a tax perspective.
The team added Ei

Chaw as senior tax manager, and Nan Sam Kham Mary as senior tax consultant for China desk in 2023 to strengthen its tax practice. In the same year, a senior tax manager Nway
Nway Aung left the firm and
relocated to Singapore.
