In 1998, Studio Biscozzi combined with Studio Nobili to establish Studio Biscozzi Nobili. By absorbing Studio Piazza in September 2019, the firm significantly enhanced its position in the financial and international taxes fields. Marco Piazza leads the entire team.
During the research period, the firm aided Diego Della Valle & C in the development of a preventive agreement for Schiaparelli in accordance with their financial management. The team also aided Eataly, represented by CFO Alberto Risso and Sarah Prandi, in engaging with the Revenue Agency to extend the preventive agreement defining intra-group royalties for brand licensing in US outlets.
In 2023, Giancarlo Alberto and Carini Francesca joined the firm. Chisari Sergio, an associate, departed.
