Ozog Tomczykowski is a respected and reputable firm in the Polish market, with a tax practise currently comprised of 19 devoted tax specialists managed by an important individual and managing partner Anna Turska-Tomczykowska. During the research phase, the team planned and performed a reorganisation process for a well-known hotel and property firm with a PLN 1 billion valuation in order to prepare for an initial public offering and acquire financing from a bank consortium. Furthermore, the team defended a mushroom farming client in processes ranging from a tax inspection to a favourable judgement by the Supreme Administrative Court in which the overpaid tax was refunded with interest.
Wojciech Niedźwiedzki, Managing Associate from Olesiński&Wspólnicy, and Adam Trawiński, Managing Associate from the Ministry of Finance, are among the many associates hired in September and March 2022, respectively. Katarzyna Karpiuk and Michał Kulczycki , Senior Associates, left the firm in July 2022.
