Formed in 2020 following the partnership with Dentons, the Zambian firm has extended its international network across Africa with new offices in Tanzania, Nigeria and Mozambique. The firm provides tax legal advisory services to Deloitte Zambia, as it entered a collaborative agreement. Joseph Jalasi is the head of tax. 

The firm is representing a mining company client in a precedential transfer pricing dispute contending the assessment by the Zambian Revenue Authority. Due to the novelty of transfer pricing in the jurisdiction, it is therefore an unprecedented in Zambian law.
