The tax department holds a significant market share in real estate investments and mid-market private equity funds. The firm also has capabilities in tax planning, tax litigation and private clients. Corporate tax specialist Jurjen Bevers is a key practitioner. Heico Reinoud is the co-head of the Amsterdam office. Partners Marnix Veldhuijzen and indirect specialist Sebastiaan Wijsman are fellow professionals.

The firm advised Gilde Equity Management on the set-up and implementation of their first real estate fund. It also acted for Europastry in post-closing structuring.

Partner Sebastiaan Wijsman arrived from DLA Piper in September 2022. Outgoing partner Paul Halprin departed to Halprin Law in January 2023.
