Claes Nordmark and focuses on corporate tax and VAT, though it has capability in a full range of tax matters. The firm's tax practice has developed rapidly since it was founded five years ago and now its clients include Nordea Bank, Morgan Stanley, telecommunications company Tele 2, and Swedish cooperative society KF (Coop). Work for the firm has this year included some significant transactions such as JM's joint venture with Skanska in their purchase of the horse racing body Täby Galopp.
Daniel Jilken led the team which created a structure to maximise tax deferral available on the transaction. Many of the firm's practitioners are noted in the market for their ability.
