The team comprises seven partners and 141 fee earners, specialising in tax planning, transactions, tax controversy, direct tax, and transfer pricing services.
The transfer pricing division was set up in 2009 and is led by Permana Adi Saputra. The emerging focus on transfer pricing in the Indonesian market has seen a surge in demand for specialists on this topic. The transfer pricing team now includes about 25 professionals, with plans for expansion.
