In its 10th year of operation, ELP Advocates & Solicitors has positioned itself as one of the leading law firms in India. ELP was initially recognised for its indirect tax work when it started, but has sought to strengthen its direct tax practice recently.
Rohan Shah heads the tax department, and is highly recommended in indirect tax. The team comprises 12 partners and 57 fee earners, with more than 25 professionals joining in the last 12 months. New addition Ajit Tolani will lead the transfer pricing practice.
