Our Services:
Our services include all areas of corporate and individual tax, such as but not limited to, corporate and individual tax planning and compliance; assistance with the determination of the most efficient tax structure to operate in Puerto Rico; research of tax issues, such as, reorganizations and dividend distributions; sales and use tax consulting; assistance with the negotiation, preparation and filing of applications for tax exemption grants under several Puerto Rico tax incentives laws or municipal tax incentives ordinances; handling of income tax, sales and use tax, property tax and municipal tax audits, including representing clients at the Appeals Office level; assistance with negotiation of closing agreements; and assistance with the preparation of ruling requests.
