He has extensive experience of all aspects of the federal income tax, including M&A and other corporate restructurings, and with tax controversies. Two other federal tax partners work in the Chicago office.
Kenneth Harris is the head of the tax department of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg. The Chicago firm focuses on four central areas of tax law including international tax, tax controversy and litigation, tax planning and transactions and tax exempt organisations.
