The experienced Francis Tan and Bill Davidson are full time consultants at the firm. The team is advising a US client on withholding tax and the power of the director general (DG) of Inland Revenue to recover tax allegedly not withheld.

In early 2011, the practice obtained an order from the High Court to overrule the DG's decision on the incorrect interpretation of a tax exemption order regarding tax exemption status for schools not operating for profit.
