Due to growing demand, the firm set up a transfer pricing division in 2010. Led by Wahyu Nuryanto, the team includes 11 professionals and works on international tax planning, reviews, documentation, audit assistance and litigating transfer pricing issues.
The team helped several clients claim tax refunds of varying amounts from the tax authorities. One client got $32.4 million.
