Nixon Peabody's tax practice comprises five professionals including two partners. Former partner Claire Deléris left in January this year to join Zodiak Media as in-house counsel.
Benefiting from the firm's international network, the practice is seen as particularly strong in providing tax advice in cross-border matters including M&A, joint ventures, private equity deals and finance-related transactions.
Arnaud de Senilhes, managing partner and lecturer at the HEC business school in Paris, is particularly well-known for his tax structuring advice for media, entertainment and technology clients. Jean-Sébastien Dumont, the other partner at the practice, is particularly strong in real estate work.
