Taylor Wessing's tax team is led by partner Christophe Flaicher and comprises three feeearners in total.
The practice provides a broad range of business tax services, mostly in relation to cross-border matters, including tax advice in relation to M&A, group restructurings, tax planning, VAT and project finance. Flaicher acts primarily for major French multinationalsand international groups as well as for Japanese clients.
Clients include Eclosion, Concur US, Global Hotels Holdings and TN Sofres.
