The group provides a broad range of corporate tax services and a number of the partners have specific expertise. Dorothée Traverse specialises in M&A structuring and has a number of real estate clients; Marie-Eve Chauvière has a number of clients in the aeronautic industry and specialises in VAT.
Previous work includes advising a major client in the food & beverages industry on the acquisition of a food ingredients company, which required EU approval under merger regulations. Clients they have worked for this year also include an aerospace manufacturer, a company producing scientific products, an international fashion designer and a global payments technology company.
