Consulco's team in Cyprus is led by Rutger Kriek, a Dutch lawyer and international tax partner. The team is comprised of three partners, with the team most active in indirect and corporate tax matters.

A standout piece of work for the firm over the past 12 months was its advice in October 2011 in a referral from Norwegian law firm BAHR in assisting a group of major Norwegian investors on new shipping operations set up and structured through a joint venture in Cyprus. The group also gave income tax and social security advice to Dutch dredging and reclamation contractor Van Oord on its activities in Cyprus. This concerned corporate, and work is still in the process of being completed.
