The practice offers a broad range of tax advice including corporate tax, VAT, customs and excise, group reorganisations and tax controversy. Reorganisations and corporate tax are the two main areas of focus, though the practice has witnessed a growth in litigation this year, especially with regards to Belgium's tax regularisation procedure.
The group advises mostly Belgium medium-sized and large companies, though they also have a number of multinational clients Industries where they have clients include construction, financial services and retail.
