Delphi's tax practice consists of seven tax professionals including the firm's managing partner Peter Utterström. The practice handles corporate tax, M&A, structuring and restructuring and international tax advice. The advisers, particularly Mikael Knutsson and Utterström, have a strong reputation in the life sciences and biotech industries. A highlight for the practice was its role in advising Johnson & Johnson Nordic on the acquisition of diagnostic company Åmic. The firm advised on all aspects of the transaction and Utterström was the partner responsible for coordinating the deal.
