The practice provides a broad range of tax services including tax planning, transfer pricing, corporate tax and due diligence. The group is particularly strong in group restructuring, project finance work, especially for the energy sector and also real estate. This year the team advised GlaxoSmithKline on a major M&A deal and also Motia concerning debt restructuring.

The practice advises mostly Italian-based companies though has an increasing number of foreign clients. Clients they have worked for this year include MV Augusta and Gruppo Argenta.
