Arntzen de Besche has lost the highly rated litigator Jan Jansen to Bugge, Arentz-Hansen & Rasmussen. However, the addition of former PwC partner Anders Heieren from his position as tax director of Petroleum-Geo Services has solidified the department. His experience of the oil and gas sector equips the firm with a good knowledge of the tax issues relevant to those industries. Kåre Moljord is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer and focuses on M&A tax law.
