Mark Leibler leads the tax team of four partners and six fee earners at Arnold Bloch Leibler. The firm advises clients in relation to tax disputes, tax audit processes and the tax implications of a wide range of business transactions, including financing, acquisitions, and structuring issues. The firm also advises clients in relation to high wealth group structure questionnaires, and provides assistance to clients involved in cross-border transactions.
The addition of Seaton Theobald from the ATO in 2010 has helped the firm better understand and strengthen its relationship with the authorities.
