Setterwalls has consolidated its position in the Swedish tax market this year with the addition of new partner Christian Sjöqvist from MAQS and three associates . His arrival has provided the firm with a tax practice in Gothenburg in addition to its teams in Malmo and Stockholm. Clients include Skanska and Swedish pharmaceutical company Phaida. This year, department head Emine Lundkvist advised Recipharm on the development of the most tax efficient structure for a private placing of shares.
