Dr. Tiago Caiado Guerreiro is the Chairman of the Portugal – India Chamber of Commerce, member of the Advisory Counsel at the Competitiveness Forum and member of Scientific Board of APOTEC (Portuguese Accountants Association), Member of the International Tax Planning Association, member of the Portuguese Tax Association, and of the VAT Club. He is also the author of several articles concerning Tax issues published in several Portuguese newspapers and specialized magazines, as well as the author of the book "O Novo Regime Fiscal das SGPS".
