Haavind's tax team comprises 10 specialists, advising our customers in all tax related areas. This includes corporate transactions, reorganizations and business transfers, international tax issues, and specialized tax issues relating to real property and energy production, as well as advise on personal income and wealth tax, inheritance tax and estate planning. We provide specialized VAT services, with a particular focus on real estate, as well as advice on import duties and other duties. For all of these areas we provide help with assessment, appeals and tax litigation as a natural part of our services.
The tax lawyers are regular speakers at tax seminars, including specially developed courses covering tax in international relations, real estate transactions, venture fund investments and expatriate situations. They are also authors of numerous articles in tax journals and other publications, including the international tax handbook "Internasjonal skattehåndbok" (Universitetsforlaget 2002).
